1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SkillForge ("the Service"), operated by Genesis AGI ("the Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SkillForge is a digital marketplace that sells AI-distilled expert knowledge in the form of SKILL.md files. These files are designed to enhance the capabilities of AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, Cursor, and Codex CLI. The Service includes browsing, purchasing, and downloading digital skill files.

3. Digital Products

All products sold through SkillForge are digital goods delivered electronically. Upon successful payment, you will receive your purchased skill file(s) via email. Each skill file is a markdown document (.md) intended for use within AI coding assistant environments.

You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the purchased skill files in your own projects. You may not redistribute, resell, or share the skill files with third parties.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Individual skills are priced at $99 each. The complete bundle of all skills is available for $299. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but changes will not affect purchases already completed.

Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your purchase date and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.

6. Intellectual Property

All skill files, content, branding, and other materials on SkillForge are the intellectual property of Genesis AGI. The purchase of a skill file grants you a license to use it, not ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source methodology of the skill generation process.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service and all digital products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Genesis AGI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tel Aviv, Israel.
